Eastside Pizza House, A Slice For The Community.

Eastside Pizza House is opening Valentine's Day 2022 by founder and Emmy award-winning artists Jabee Williams and General Manager Truc-Ly Blackburn. Jabee and Truc-Ly grew up together in the same Eastside community they'll be slinging slices in! It's only appropriate their tagline is "A Slice For The Community." If you're familiar with Jabee and his work, you know it's all about passion, and this pizza has passion. Stop by for a slice and spend some extra time checking out Spiked A Coffee Concept and Kindred Spirits in the same development.

Pizza For The People

If you couldn't tell by the artwork and memorabilia all over the restaurant, the collaborations with locals like DD Audio, maybe you be grabbing a slice and look around and see Senator Young, Councileperon Nikki Nice, and MANY community members - like at the soft opening. Right when you walk in, you'll see a fantastic mural highlighting Eastside legends, a true homage to what Eastside Pizza House intends to represent.

So How's The Pizza?

Let's just start with what everyone is wondering. Is the pizza crust black? YES! Yes, it is, and it's freaking tasty. Like, eat-all-your-crust-without-ranch good. It also makes the yellow/white cheese color POP, so you also get some eye candy while you're at it.

Deep Deuce

This slice is PRIME! It's topped with shoulder bacon and sausage and was the most nostalgic slice of pie I've had in a long time. It felt like being a kid again but elevated. This is a slice I'll be adding to my preferred OKC slice list.

Jabee

While the Deep Duece was hitting all the right notes for me, the Jabee pizza was hands down the best slice in the house! Featuring roasted corn, sliced jalapeños, goat cheese, and a chipotle aioli drizzle on the signature black crust. This is a MUST TRY pizza y'all.

The Ellison

A solid take on the chicken alfredo pizza with mushrooms. I'm personally not an alfredo pizza guy, so I'll let y'all be the judge!

Garden Oats

Vegetarians, here you go! This slice includes spinach artichoke cream sauce, mushrooms, olives, and roasted peppers. It's a nice meatless slice.

Clara Luper

With this pizza, each bite is complex and different. I took a few bites with that perfectly melty goat cheese and the savory black crust paired with the roasted tomatoes that were AMAZING. This pie includes alfredo sauce, spinach, tomato, and goat cheese.

Soon, they'll have new slices like Leo's Special and Eastside With Love! You can also build your own pizza and order by the slice. Enjoy!
